No, refunds will not include the shipping cost you paid since it was used to ship your item originally.

After we have received the package we will refund you your money. Refund will not include shipping.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order (you cannot return orders that were on sale during purchase) as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your package. Items cannot be damaged and it must be shipped back in its original packaging. Please read the Return policy before proceeding with the form, you can view it here.

After your purchase we receive your order and start the process by collecting your item(s) and printing a shipping label. Once the shipping label is printed you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Currently we do not offer custom cases but we do plan on having that option in the near future. Subscribe to our news letter to stay updated on when those options come available.

Are your cases protective?

Although we have experienced a scratch-less phone after numerous drops with our Elle Nine cases we do not guarantee our cases are protective or drop proof. Our cases are design more as a fashion accessory but we do have plans to create a stylish drop-proof case in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular orders take 1 to 2 day processing before being shipped to you. We use USPS First Class shipping which can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days shipping in the US and 7 to 21 days international. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.
